As mentioned above, our client Horapark rents out various office and meeting space to a diverse corporate audience. To manage this frequently changing flow of guests, an efficiënt and reliable booking system is of great importance. That is exactly what the client was looking for: a structured and user-friendly booking system in which their guests could easily search for a suitable office or meeting space, including important information such as the availability, capacity and set-up.

Moreover, Horapark offers catering facilities. The client requested an integration of this catering facility into the room booking system. Guests had to be able to order food and drinks in advance, so that they would be delivered timely during the meeting or break.
