The challenge

Our partner SECOYA understands the importance of a modern way of communicating and that interaction with tenants is the key to a smarter office building. Also, there is certain legislation that prescribes to have a visitor registration. The demand for Secoya was great to have this happen in the most accessible way possible.

SECOYA has never used a Hospitality system before and saw the benefits that the software has to offer. The goal was to find an appropriate solution to improve communication between landlords, tenants and visitors.


The process

Due to our experience in real estate management software development, we understand all too well that it requires excellent communication to manage everything smoothly. Communication between owners, managers, hospitality managers, service providers, tenants and visitors is not always easy.

The 'white label' version of our Hospitality Management System PropCentral offered SECOYA the perfect solution. Together with Cushman & Wakefield, the manager of the commercial building, we worked on a custom solution, in which activation and branding of Secoya Talk are the key points. 


A blend of modern technologies to eliminate barriers

This resulted in a new combined platform for SECOYA consisting of a web-based dashboard for administrators and a native iOS and Android app for office users. The Secoya Talk app serves as a mobile hospitality assistant. For example, users can book work and meeting rooms and order catering directly via the app. Besides, the app offers the option to report service tickets when something is broken or not functioning on the Secoya Campus. In short, the app removes barriers and allows tenants to connect quickly.

Premium features for an optimal experience

To increase the visitor experience even more and to serve visitors even better, we expanded the platform with digital signage solutions such as narrowcasting and digital receptions that are fully integrated. Visitors are welcomed with the help of a digital reception where they can check-in themselves and navigate using the digital signage.

The result

An integrated software solution, a mix of technology, design, digital signage, wayfinding and a modern mobile app that provided a lot of community power for tenants and asset managers was the solution. Also, the problem with visitor registration was tackled with the use of modern technologies. The total solution significantly improved Secoya's communication and customer satisfaction.

To launch the system, a special campaign was set up, Let's Talk. This resulted in more than 500 registrations on the first day at the corporate campus.
