CityDotz is a network of touchscreens that runs on our digital interactive platform touchscreen software and a mobile application, which are tailored to suit the needs of a particular city. It displays relevant location-based content and every device in its network has its own independent configuration. In order to be able to provide the tourist with dynamic information quickly and efficiently, CityDotz can be customized with a single click and it takes only a second for the new content to spread throughout its entire network. CityDotz also connects with its mobile phone companion app and provides you with suggestions, reviews and offers along the way. In addition, an integrated optional chatbot, which is a learning machine, is there to assist you at any given moment. However, if the chatbot happens to make a mistake, live support will be there for you.

CityDotz is a SaaS solution which runs on our digital signage platform. User management is arranged through several permission layers so that the content can be properly managed. We also implemented smart cashing, which can predict your location and allow the application to remain functional in areas where there is little or no internet connectivity.
